How to schedule Instagram automation with sleep hours and activity intervals

Choose which activities you actually need

Start in Activity Settings and review the modules you intend to use. Enabling all five is not required. Use the names below to match the existing product description to the control panel.

Set the timezone and overnight sleep window

Open Schedule and review Timezone before choosing sleep hours. The panel labels the overnight control Sleep overnight (pause activity), with Sleep start hour (0–23) and Sleep end hour (0–23). Choose the quiet period appropriate to your operation and verify the displayed timing in Overview.

The website demonstration uses sample data: sleep starting at 2 and ending at 8 illustrates a 02:00–08:00 pause in the selected timezone. Configure the timezone and sleep window for your own schedule.

Separate shared gaps from feature intervals

Minimum gap between runs (min) belongs to the shared schedule. Minimum interval (min) belongs to each activity in Activity Settings. Both matter: making one feature's interval short does not mean it can ignore the shared gap or overnight pause.

Break chance (0–1) and randomized gaps add variability. A minimum interval therefore describes spacing, not an exact repeating appointment. The product does not promise that a reply or download happens at a particular clock time.

Review workload and interactions between modules

• DM Auto Reply: threads checked, maximum replies and reply length are different controls. Qualification filters and deferred replies can reduce the number actually sent.
• Engage Feed: feed items checked and engagements performed are different counts. Sponsored posts and ads are skipped.
• Engage Profiles: choose target links, posts/reels/both and an action mode. Like and comment involves two types of action; a post count is not a like-only count. Already-engaged posts are tracked across runs.
• Auto Follow: consider both follows per run and the randomized number of daily follow sessions. It remembers accounts already followed.
• Content Scraping: set targets, item limits and the save location. The deduplication index prevents downloading the same post again. If optional likes and comments are enabled, collection also includes engagement activity.

Check Overview before leaving the app running

Overview shows the master Automation controls, enabled features and Recent activity. Review the next-run information and last outcomes alongside your schedule. A feature being enabled is not the same as a successful run.

If an activity is not running, check its enabled state, the overnight window, its own minimum interval and the shared gap. Then review recent outcomes. For missing replies, also check whether there was an eligible incoming conversation; for missing downloads, check the targets, save folder and whether posts were already collected.

The automation runs in your installed Windows desktop app. Use the master Start, Stop and Run now controls in Overview to manage activity.

Match the schedule to the activity

The schedule coordinates incoming DM replies, home-feed engagement, target-profile engagement, following and media collection. Each activity retains its own workload settings and minimum interval.

Content Scraping saves media to your configured folder. Auto Follow has randomized daily sessions. Use the action-settings guide to compare workload controls and the feature setup guides for each module's inputs.
