Angeryweb Terms of Service

These Terms are designed to set clear rules around access, purchases, acceptable use, refunds, product scope, risk allocation, and dispute handling for the Angeryweb website and products.

Important highlights

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Angeryweb is only obligated to provide what is expressly described on the website, invoice, or written custom scope.
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
Third-party platforms may change, restrict, or affect functionality.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using the Angeryweb website, products, demos, lead forms, pages, software, content, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Business Use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

The Services are intended for lawful business, creator, sales, support, content, community, and operational workflow use only.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction and compliant with the policies, rules, and technical restrictions of any third-party platform you use in connection with the Services.

3. Service Scope and Product Descriptions

Angeryweb provides software products, digital systems, simulated demonstrations, website content, and related materials as described on the website, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or another written scope accepted by Angeryweb.

Angeryweb is only obligated to provide the features, functionality, deliverables, support, setup scope, and access rights expressly described in the applicable product description, invoice, proposal, or custom written agreement.

Illustrative language, mockups, demos, previews, feature concepts, marketing examples, or visual simulations do not create binding obligations beyond what is expressly described.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Angeryweb does not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue result, follower growth, lead conversion rate, sales result, engagement result, approval by any platform, or uninterrupted compatibility with third-party services.

4. Accounts, Access, and Security

If any part of the Services requires credentials, keys, onboarding details, or user-provided account access, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your systems, devices, and credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, workspace, access method, or provided credentials.

Customer accounts may be created automatically during checkout. If a temporary password is issued, you are responsible for changing it promptly and keeping the new password confidential.

You must notify Angeryweb promptly if you believe unauthorized access, misuse, or a security issue has occurred.

5. Payments, Billing, and Pricing

All prices, billing structures, payment terms, setup fees, annual plans, subscription fees, and upgrade pricing are as listed on the website, invoice, checkout, or written custom proposal at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You authorize Angeryweb or its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable purchase, subscription, renewal, or agreed billing cycle.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment method current.

Recurring subscriptions, if offered, continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

6. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing by Angeryweb, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation, subscriptions, annual purchases, one-time purchases, custom setup work, consultation-based work, onboarding work, digital product delivery, and access-based products.

You acknowledge that digital products, access-based products, custom work, setup work, and software products may begin delivering value immediately upon access, activation, download, configuration, provisioning, or communication of instructions, and are therefore treated as final-sale purchases unless Angeryweb expressly provides otherwise in writing.

Digital delivery may be provided through a protected customer account, tracked link, tracked download, written delivery instructions, onboarding details, or another delivery method selected by Angeryweb.

No refund, credit, charge reversal, or payment dispute will be owed solely because you changed your mind, did not fully use the product, expected results beyond the published description, or failed to review the product description before purchase.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in bad faith.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, you agree to contact Angeryweb first and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

You acknowledge that Angeryweb may maintain delivery logs, including open, click, download, IP, user agent, browser hint, timestamp, and account metadata, to document delivery and investigate payment disputes.

Angeryweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services and to contest any bad-faith chargeback or dispute.

8. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Angeryweb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Services for your own internal business or personal operational use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble, publish, scrape, mirror, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services except to the extent expressly permitted in writing by Angeryweb or required by applicable law.

All website content, software logic, interfaces, layouts, code, branding, copy, mockups, designs, graphics, workflow concepts, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Angeryweb or its licensors.

9. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You may not use the Services for unlawful conduct, fraud, deception, platform abuse, unauthorized access, credential theft, spam, harassment, malware distribution, infringement, or any activity that violates applicable law or a third-party platform’s rules.

You may not use the Services to misrepresent Angeryweb, impersonate another person, or make claims that the Services provide functionality beyond what Angeryweb has described.

You are solely responsible for how you deploy, configure, or use any purchased product in your own workflows, accounts, organizations, or third-party environments.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Dependencies

Some Angeryweb products may interact with, depend on, be inspired by, or be designed for use alongside third-party platforms, APIs, services, hosting providers, payment processors, messaging platforms, social platforms, or other external systems.

Angeryweb does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their policies, outages, enforcement actions, UI changes, API restrictions, suspensions, compatibility changes, pricing changes, or other decisions.

You acknowledge that third-party changes may affect how a product works, what setup is possible, or what features remain practical over time.

11. No Warranty; As-Is and As-Available

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Angeryweb expressly disclaims all implied warranties including, without limitation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, and results obtained from use of the Services.

Angeryweb does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, bug-free, always available, fully secure, or suitable for every use case or jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Angeryweb and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages of any kind.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of goodwill, data loss, account loss, platform penalties, downtime, replacement costs, or damages arising from your reliance on the Services or on third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Angeryweb arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Angeryweb for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angeryweb and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your violation of third-party rights, or your misuse of the Services.

14. Suspension and Termination

Angeryweb may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you violated these Terms, acted unlawfully, created risk, abused the Services, or attempted to misuse Angeryweb’s products, website, or infrastructure.

Termination or suspension does not waive any payment obligation already incurred and does not entitle you to any refund except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in writing.

15. Changes to the Services and Terms

Angeryweb may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Angeryweb may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the website.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If a written order, invoice, checkout flow, or custom agreement specifies governing-law or dispute-resolution terms, those specific terms apply to that purchase or service scope.

If no separate written terms apply, disputes should first be raised through the contact methods published on the website so both sides have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Unresolved disputes will be handled in the competent courts or forum determined by applicable law and any binding written agreement between you and Angeryweb.

17. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No waiver by Angeryweb of any provision or breach shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or breach.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Angeryweb’s prior written consent.

Angeryweb may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or business reorganization.

18. Contact

For legal notices, billing issues, product-related questions, or terms-related inquiries, contact Angeryweb through the contact methods published on the website or through your designated support channel.

We review submitted requests and respond with the next practical step when a reply is needed.
