How to set up Instagram Auto Follow
Short answer
Auto Follow in Instagram AI Systems has two sources: Instagram's suggested accounts, or the followers or following list of a profile you choose. Select the source, add target profile links when needed, then review follows per run, daily sessions, minimum intervals and sleep hours. It follows other accounts; it does not sell followers, promise follow-backs or automatically unfollow.

Choose suggestions or a target profile's list
Suggested mode uses the accounts Instagram recommends to the logged-in account. Target profile mode opens a profile you nominate and uses its followers or following list. Choose based on the source you intend to review, not a promise of growth: neither source guarantees relevant customers or follow-backs.
For example, choosing the followers tab on a relevant industry profile means those accounts are the source of follow candidates. Choosing its following tab is a different audience. This is an explanation of the setting, not a recommendation to contact everyone on either list.

Prepare target profiles without assuming extra filters
In target profile mode, supply one profile link per line and choose followers or following. Multiple targets are supported, with one selected at random each run. That does not mean every target will be processed in a fixed order or visited equally often.
The product does not describe automatic discovery by hashtag or location, exporting a follower database, or bypassing private-account access. Review the profile choices manually. A profile link identifies a source; it is not permission to collect or use data beyond what you are allowed to access.
Understand follows per run and sessions per day
Follows per run is a randomized range for a session. Sessions per day is a separate randomized range. A minimum interval spaces sessions, while the shared schedule includes overnight sleep. Consider the controls together instead of changing one in isolation.
The maximum settings do not promise that the app will perform that many follows. Previously followed accounts are skipped, account sources can vary, and the schedule can pause activity. The app's memory of prior follows is not an unfollow queue.
There is no universally guaranteed safe follow count in this guide. Randomization and sleep hours do not remove Instagram's restrictions on automation. Stop if the account encounters a restriction rather than treating another timing configuration as a bypass.
Review the configured workflow before ongoing use
The following is a manual review checklist, not a claim that the app performs these checks for you. The website demonstration uses sample data; configure your own installed Windows app.
- Confirm the correct logged-in account and the source mode you intended to use.
- For target profiles, review every link and the followers/following tab selection.
- Check that per-run settings, daily sessions, minimum intervals and sleep hours reflect the workload you intended.
- If you test, use a consenting teammate where appropriate and inspect the actual result; permission from a teammate does not override platform rules.
- Do not clear tracking data to force repeated follows or assume a skipped account is a fault.
Keep following activity separate from growth results
A follow action and a new follower are different events. Auto Follow performs the first; another person decides whether to do the second. Evaluate community relevance and genuine responses separately from activity volume. No conversion dashboard or engagement analytics feature is implied by this advice.
